Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airoad.store (the "Site"), operated by Airoad ("we," "us"). By using the Site, buying a product, or opening a seller account, you agree to these Terms.

The Site

Airoad is a multi-seller marketplace for digital products — AI prompt packs, Claude skill packs, and productivity templates. Airoad provides the storefront, checkout, and delivery infrastructure. Independent sellers list and are responsible for their own products.

Purchases

• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• Purchases are one-time — the Site does not run recurring subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these.
• An account is not required to purchase — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you access a purchase library for re-downloading files.

License to use digital products

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal or internal business use. Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files themselves as a standalone product.

Selling on Airoad

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products they list.
• Sellers must own or have the rights to any content they upload and sell.
• Airoad may remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Seller payouts are processed through Stripe; sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations on their earnings.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site to upload or sell illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content; to misrepresent your identity; to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation; or to circumvent payment or access controls.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Airoad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchased product. Products sold on the marketplace are created by independent sellers; Airoad is not the manufacturer of seller-listed content and is not liable for its accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
